Credit or Debit Card number required for appointment reservations. Your card will stay on file, and will NOT be charged until your appointment time, if that is the payment method you wish to use.

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, so let me know as soon as you can. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life, so let me know as soon as you can. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
12-hour Policy
12 hours advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to take your appointment time. If you are unable to give 12 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full price of the service amount for your "missed appointment", and will be paid with your card number on file at the time your appointment was supposed to start. This will also result in your next 3 appointment requests to become full-price pre-payment, due upon acceptance of appointment request. If this pre-payment is not received 48 hours before your appointment, your appointment time will open to other clients. Cancelation before 12 hours will not have any penalties. Please feel free to text or email me at any time.
No-show Policy
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” This will result in a “missed appointment" charge. See the "12-hour policy" for more information.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. This may also result in treatment becoming an "Express Massage" treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will still be responsible for the “full” session scheduled. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. Showing up 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment is ideal. Exceptions may be made based on need, at the therapists' digression.
